Provide the best level of customer service by building an immediate rapport with each customer; possess a genuine concern for customer inquiries and needs while responding and solving their questions and concerns. The Customer Service Chat Representative will provide this quality service via internet chat and email channels. We are high energy, diverse busy team that loves what we do.

  • Engage with our loyal customers on a variety of subjects effectively and efficiently via email and live chat
  • Deliver an individualized customer service experience with enthusiasm professional courtesy, efficiency, and accuracy
  • Perform a broad range of tasks of varying complexity and scope to meet the demands of business needs
  • Navigate through multiple technological tools and applications within the network environment
  • Document all chat and email information based on standard operating procedures
  • Maintain strong process, service and product knowledge
  • Maintain quality and productivity requirements


  • Previous experience in customer service
  • 6-12 months of Live Chat experience
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience operating computers and the ability to learn new software
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Required Education: Minimum associate degree (bachelor’s degree preferred)
